Please select your intended pathway for completion of an MBA program at Vancouver Island University (VIU). Your intended pathway may include fulfilling the requirements for the completion of an MScIM from the University of Hertfordshire (UH). A copy of your selection will be emailed to you upon submission of this form.
If you choose the Dual Degree option: the UH registration form submission deadline is Friday, February 21, 2020 at 4:00 pm. Please only submit ELECTRONIC COPIES of the registration form and passport (or other valid Government of Canada issued identification) to rebecca.lin@viu.ca and payment is remitted to UH before the start of Semester B.
It is important to note the following regarding tuition, changes and refunds:
- Your final tuition payment will be adjusted depending on the selections made here
- Withdrawal from the Dual Degree option to a Single Degree will be considered on an individual basis however, tuition will not be refunded
- Changing to complete the program by selecting an option that has a lower tuition amount will be considered on an individual basis and must be discussed with your Graduate Program Advisor; any requests to change will be considered based on allocation of resources, however, your tuition will not be refunded for the difference
- Changing to an increased option will also be considered on an individual basis; additional fees may apply based on the increased tuition amount and/or the cost of additional courses
- Please see your original offer letter/letter of acceptance from Admissions to confirm the refund policy for final payment
