This is an online record of students registered in VIU that contains academic and personal information. This portal can be used to view your grades, timetable, print T2202A tax forms and apply for graduation. To view your course schedule, open ‘My Course Enrolment History’ and view your scheduled courses. Access your student record.

VIU Learn is Vancouver Island University’s online learning platform. VIU learn is used to supplement your classroom experiences and also to run quizzes and tests. Access VIULearn.

Additional Academic Support

International Academic Support (IAS Team)

Our services are designed to help second language students improve their English skills as they work through degree, diploma, and certificate programs at VIU. We can help you with your research, writing, reading, speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, or any other language issue. Students can book two 30-minute sessions per week per course for one-on-one assistance or for small-group assignments. Located in kiosks 1 and 2 on the main floor (3rd) of the Library, across from the Service Desk, behind the IAS banner. The Writing Centre

On the fourth floor of the VIU Library (Nanaimo campus), you will find qualified and friendly faculty tutors ready to provide assistance with any aspect of your writing. Whether you want help with clear writing, thesis statements, citation and documentation, grammar, organizing an argument, or just want to talk about an assignment before you get started, the Writing Centre is the place to go!
