Today was an exciting day for the World Leisure Center of Excellence at VIU. Our first two Masters students, Erin Heeney and Laurel Sliskovic walked across the stage to receive their degree from Dr. Ralph Nilson.
A nice gathering at the Coast Bastion afterwards allowed the Faculty to meet parents and congratulate the students. Erin and Laurel are planning to develop a research consulting business together called "The Sociable Scientists". We look forward to watching your career path unfold.
