What is cultural sensitivity and how can local tourism actors benefit from using cultural sensitivity in tourism development? The COVID-19 pandemic has shown the need and offered opportunities for rethinking our strategies of building a more sustainable tourism industry. Various tourism researchers will present and discuss the role and importance of cultural sustainability in Arctic tourism. Learn more about the latest research on cultural sensitivity, the impacts of the pandemic and cultural and Indigenous tourism in the Arctic and beyond.
