"The World Leisure Organization: Stakeholder Analysis of the WL Family Network"

VIU's World Leisure Centre of Excellence would like to invite you to MA SLM student Patricia Verhage's presentation at VIU's CREATE Conference 2021.

The presentation is titled: "The World Leisure Organization: Stakeholder Analysis of the WL Family Network" and it is a case study based on preliminary results of her thesis of the whole WLO network and its family - the most involved members of WLO. This research project has been created in cooperation with the WLO and the VIU. 

16th World Leisure Hybrid Congress - Registration Open and Free!

The 16th World Leisure Hybrid Congress – Leisure Makes Life Better – aims to provide the space to learn from leading experts in the leisure field and network. The 16th World Leisure Congress will be hosted in a hybrid modefrom April 15th to 21st, 2021, giving the opportunity for a face-to-face and an online experience, no matter where you are.

Meet a Professional Around the World

The World Leisure Organization offers online forums on leisure-related matters (theories and practices) for interested young people, with invited leading scholars and professionals from around the world.

The online forums are free and are scheduled for about one hour. (45 min. of presentation + 15 min. of Q&A).

*Regular participants (at least 6 times) will get a certificate of attendance by WLO.
