Jenny studied in the Culinary Arts program at Malaspina College (now VIU) in 2000. In 2001 she went to the Sooke Harbour House for her apprenticeship, and in 2007 achieved her Red Seal Certification, qualifying her to work in any Canadian province or territory. After that success Jenny traveled to Italy to cook and eat food. She currently works in the restaurant and catering industry in Nanaimo.
