Lynda has taught, coached and counseled individuals in career development, employability skills, human resource management and experiential education for the past 15 years. She holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Training and Diplomas in Instruction and Social Work and is a Worldhost certified trainer. Lynda is passionate about helping people identify their strengths and develop personally and professionally. Lynda has taught at VIU since 2001 and enjoys getting to know each one of her students as she assists them in their co-op and career journey.
