Maynard Kirkpatrick - Instructor

Maynard has experience as a Japanese-speaking tour guide, travel agent, inbound and outbound tour coordinator, and tenure as a tourism instructor at Thompson Rivers University.  During the 2010 Olympic Games he coordinated the development of a website of learning resources.  In 2010 and 2011 he travelled to conferences in Sochi, Moscow and Krasnodar, Russia, and to London, England to speak on the development of Olympic Games online learning legacies.  This year he developed curriculum for online courses titled “Introduction to Tourism” and “Legal Liability and Risk Management”.
